Ah, Myrtle Beach, how I miss thee. Had lots of fun in the days as a kid going to Ocean Lakes Campground and going around North Myrtle Beach, the Pavilion, Barefoot Landing, that weird garden place with all the creepy statues (may not have even been in MB).

Good times, good times.

I don't see a problem. In fact, I think it's funny as hell.

Then, I RTFA, saw the mug shot....well, let's just say I'm still chuckling.

The attractive and successful young man told us how attractive and successful he really is.

Nope. "Republican" is still the most offensive slur against white people.

Ocean Lakes, good times. Goin' to the beach to see the great-relatives while they were still around. I miss my redneck upbringin' some times.

1) pushed the reporter
2) acted like a dick
3) ran from the cops

Only one of these things is protected by the First Amendment.

I know it's in South Carolina, we went there once (though we vacationed at Sunset Beach in NC, not Myrtle)

Only one of the 3 charges is related to his non-protected actions. (resisting arrest is also open to interpretation)

The entire gulf coast is way more redneck than myrtle beach. so is branson and pigeon forge/gatlinburg. nothing at myrtle beach is more redneck than the oceanfront waffle houses in mississippi.

Oh, so only the most serious charge is valid, in your opinion. Just one, the assault and battery. Therefore, he was just Exercising his 1st Amendment right by snatching the mike and pushing the reporter.

In other words, your entire "argument" is farking bullshiat and you are an little more than a troll.

My parents retired to Myrtle Beach. Nice enough place, just don't think I'd retire to such a popular vacation destination. Would seem like a PITA dealing with crazy tourist crowds from May-September.
