Lost a shoe or did a bit of damage on the landing. Even though he ran around for a few seconds, his stride appeared to be distorted. Guess he might not have broken anything but he looks to have felt something in the line of pain.

It looked like no one, including him, expected him to succeed. Anyway, a tip of the hat to him for not letting the fear of death limit his enjoyment of life. Death is nothing to us.

how do you jump that height without breaking something? Is it like a cat, the rotation slows you down?

..and the roll. I've seen similar jumps made onto grass. It's all on the roll to keep the momentum of the fall from going straight down into your ankles.

The only impressive thing about this video is that he didn't seriously injure himself. The entire video, all I could hear in my head was Michael Scott saying, "ParkourParkour!"
