Pro scouts are saying just the opposite, that all he lacks is a great first step and some footspeed. They say his frame and tackling are top-shelf.

If a guy is already good, and he has 2 brothers that both got markedly better in their early 20's and are still improving, then it stands to reason that there's a very good chance his potential hasn't been maximized. Higher ceiling.
