I didn't see anything about being held hostage for decades by an increasingly senile owner. |

UNC_Samurai: I didn't see anything about being held hostage for decades by an increasingly senile owner. His biggest sin was that he didn't keep evolving. When he was tearing up the league with guys he got out of the Traditional Black Schools and places like Colgate, some teams were still using USA Today boxscores and the Heisman ballot. But around 1990 it felt like he just wasn't on the edge anymore; good teams took what worked there and incorporated it. /Damn shame most of us will only remember the Lane Kiffin and JaOffTheMarcus stuff. |

Teams in black get more codeine? |
||
| Nana's Vibrator I think I have the team pretty well figured out. Someone please explain their fans to me, starting after Marcus Allen ended up in KC. |

Nana's Vibrator: I think I have the team pretty well figured out. Someone please explain their fans to me, starting after Marcus Allen ended up in KC. I've been to Raiders games in L.A. and Oakland, and I still haven't figured it out. /Dallas fan |

I was just a little, little kid when Plunkett was winning SBs. My best grown-up memories of the Raiders were the Rich Gannon years, in the twilight seasons of my favorite Raider ever, Tim Brown. A shame they couldn't win a Superbowl for Timmy, he was a hell of a player. /Goddamn snowjob |

They're a bunch of farkheads. Any other brain busters you want answered? |

| Delawheredad NPR bringing you news that was first uncovered and reported on in the1980's. It was big news back when Wayne Gretzky joined the LA kings and they changed to the black uniforms. Their penalties shot through the roof the next year. It was also known back then that the black uniform rule held true for Football (especially the Raiders) and Basketball. Nice to see my tax payer dollars going to cover such "breaking news." |

You've got to watch out for teams in black. I remember when the Scorpions used to help settle scores within the Eco Protectorate run Orphanage 43, one of the many orphanages that border the wasteland. The Solarbabies and their homemade equipment managed to beat them, but that only angered the local Strictor. |
