Which state was it that was issuing forms for something and then rejecting all requests outright because the forms were on paper with the wrong weight? This is almost as bad.

There's another rule around here and I want you to pay close attention, never use a font smaller than 10 points. I can't read it with these drug store glasses and my magnifying glass is broken.

I doubt it will be upheld, but wow. Just wow. If anything the ruling could motivate Dems to turn out in full force in November.

Don't be so sure. It depends on which 3 of the 28 judges on the Court get the case. If it's 2-1 Republican then don't hold your breath. And if it goes to the (elected, republican majority) State Supreme Court we all know how those partisan hacks will decide.

Out of curiosity, is there any sort of vetting process for petitions before you go out and try to get people to sign them?

I mean, can you submit it to the board and ask them to rule if your petition format is valid or has any problems?
