| The Walking Dead video game is just as intense and brutal as the comic book and TV show. Bonus: No Carl |

The game was surprisingly really good. The characters and story are MUCH better than the tv show. |

Honest Bender: I read the comic and refuse to watch the show on principle. That principle being that, from what I've heard, they've changed major parts of the story. I don't have a problem if you want to turn a comic book into a show or movie. But you don't really have to do much writing. It's already written for you. Just follow the existing story and dialog. Is that really so hard? And before you Walking Dead show people jump on my case, be warned. I could dump a mountain of spoilers on you. I read the comic too. Are you REALLY going to get all bent out of shape over it? IT'S A COMIC BOOK! I am sure the literary world will be able to handle the fact that this master work has been altered for cable. Dude, just STFU and watch it. ZOMBIES! You mean you don't wanna see ZOMBIES?? |

pute kisses like a man: stuhayes2010: Unless my point n click adventure has the word Quest in it, it's going to suck. this sums up my opinion on the matter. barefootgamer: BumpInTheNight: 25$ on steam for 2-3 hours of game play that was designed for the wii crowd? Pass. It's $25 for the entire series. It's an episodic game. Only one episode has been released so far, but the others will be released in the following months. after waiting the better part of a decade for episode 3... I'm not emotionally ready to jump into another episodic release of a video game. Telltale isn't Valve. Most of their games are episodic and they are usually right on time. :) |

Seeing as I had a few thousand MS points I figured I'd pick it up. Haven't played it yet but for 5$ how bad can it be? |

Lumbar Puncture: pute kisses like a man: after waiting the better part of a decade for episode 3... I'm not emotionally ready to jump into another episodic release of a video game In this case the episodes are done, you could wait till late summer and then just pick them all up together. barefootgamer: Telltale isn't Valve. Most of their games are episodic and they are usually right on time. :) I'm still not emotionally ready... someone else's successful episodic delivery would only remind me of my longing for the "absent father" of my gaming heart's desire for a specific episode. |

I like the comics and I tried watching it. Didn't care for it, and I pretty much like zombies in any form and I don't think the comics are some master work that can't be touched. The game (so far) gets the tone of the comics better than what I've seen of the show. |

I just got "Left 4 Dead 2" which is a zombie apocalypse type game. I am sure it is much better than this is. I can't wait to get started on it! |

Farking Sweet: I just got "Left 4 Dead 2" which is a zombie apocalypse type game. I am sure it is much better than this is. I can't wait to get started on it! For the first five hundred hours maybe. Then you get curious about how Bill hurt his knee, why does Louis keep wearing a tie, what was Zoey's major, and why does Francis hate everything? |
