Olbermann is 100% typical of the types of people you encounter in broadcasting. My father owned a couple broadcasting outlets when I was a kid, and I couldn't even begin to recount all of the horror stories of him dealing with tantrums, substance abuse, whining, backstabbing, and all around negativity.

Broadcasting attracts fantastically insecure people. I mean even more insecure than the types of folks you meet at record labels or film studios. There's something inherently seductive about the field to psychologically damaged people.

Believe me when I say that Olbermann and O'Reilly hate each other because they're so similar.
