The best part is when the trademark Martin Sheen coat flip almost hits Dule Hill in the face.

A PSA for silly walks? Do you get a grant for it?

All right then. What the hell made Allison Janney buy those glasses?

Way to strike while the iron is hot with this group!

Maybe "Ned & Stacy" can banter to me about eating my vegetables?

I'd take a West Wing reunion show, with President Santos, right now, over anything that's on TV this week.

There was a serious lack of Donna in that video.

Provides the scary realization that in almost every White House some dumbass wakes up in the morning reads something in Parade Magazine that vaguely aligns with their self-interests is able to go on a walk and talk down a hallway and by afternoon it manages to cluster fark its way into the Oval Office at which point all these ignorant jackasses in government and punditville become instant experts.

I'm on season 7, just about done.

Does anyone have anything that even comes close to how awesome the West Wing was that I can watch when I'm done? Studio 60 and Sport's Night I've already seen.

I bought the series a few years ago on sale fo $100. I've watched the whole thing at least 5 times already. There is nothing that even comes close to it.

The only thing I've ever seen that came close to hitting me like those few moments of West Wing did was Scrubs, assuming you'd like a comedy/drama to watch.

He'd be in year six. What would be better is to fully develop two campaigns, one GOP and one Dem and run an election, so you wouldn't know who would win. Have Santos as President and Josh popping in and out.

This video reminded me that I don't get up and move around as often as I should. So not only is it funny, it actually helped me.

Is this what the show was like? A lot of talking over each other and shaky camera shots?

No. ....

Well... Yes. But there is some FANTASTIC storytelling while they walk to and from the teleprompters waiting for them to update.

/Had a Santos/McGarry lawn sign during the two weeks prior to "Election Night"

I disapprove of the lack of Josh and Toby, but I squealed like a little girl over the coat flip.

Here's a clip

Give it a shot! This one has been quoted by farkers from time to time. There are lots more, but would be spoilerific.

"The West Wing-01x10-In Excelsis Deo" is one of the finest hours of episodic television you will ever see.

The only bad thing in that episode was Mandy.

I'll check it out! I'll be back in Seattle next month, so does anyone know if it's on Hulu?

No, sorry. West Wing was the best damn show ever. Don't despair though, you have a few good rewatches left to get it out of your system. (I watched the whole series 3 times.)

Needless to say, I was deeply amused by the entire walkie-talkie production. I even laffed at the Landingham line.

(As an aside, I wonder if Allison Janney is going to be at her 30th college reunion this month?)

Well, I took the characters' advice and went out for a walk through the "downtown" section of the small town in which I reside.
I found a crisp $5 bill on the ground in front of a funeral home. Nobody around anywhere.
I'd say that was a profitable one-hour walk.
