Because if there's anything that preserves a human body it's being tossed in warm water full of hungry predators and scavengers.

Good luck, but I have a suspicion that it was never actually dumped in the sea in the first place.

He claims to have found the body, while at the same time saying he doesn't believe the Obama administration really killed him and dumped the body. How can it be both? Does he really believe if they were going to lie about killing Bin Laden and dumping him in the sea where he couldn't be found, that they'd go to the trouble of dumping a "fake" corpse that could expose their lie?

There isn't too much of a reason for them to lie about it. There is next to nothing they would learn by having the body itself.

The only reason they would have lied is if they never shot him to begin with. I've not been given any evidence either way, but I would have no problem believing he's currently 16 stories under the Pentagon hooked up to jumper cables.

Or for some real tinfoil hats.... on a nice island in the south Pacific living off of regular deposits made to his checking account by Dick Cheney :P

Oh to have someone decide to have a burial at sea for someone else just around that time. Maybe some farker's elderly grandparent (also a farker) just got shot in bed with someone else's spouse and stipulated in their will that their funeral be unique.

Uh, sorry Mr. Warren, that's not Osama, that's my grandpa, Bashir/Naveen/whatever....

Most people like this see absolutely no problem with what ever theories they have, despite whatever internal contradictions they contain.

It's symptomatic of actual mental illness.

1. Get gullible dumbshiats to give you $300k.
2. Drive a boat around.
3. Fail to find the body, thus confirming the nutters' beliefs.
4. Profit was in step 1.

I remember the heady days of my youth, when everyone kept quiet about their mental illnesses and stupidity. It was a source of shame, something to keep hidden, something you didn't want exposed publicly. You wanted to project an image of sober, rational intelligence to the world.

Nowadays, every idiot and nutjob on the planet parades it around like a badge of honor, as if to say, "See? Look at me! I'm batshiat crazy! Ain't it great?"

At the risk of sounding like a light-in-the-loafers maitre d' from an iconic '80s movie, I weep for the future.

I prefer the term stunt corpse.

Who is the stunt corpse and why won't the Obama's tell us? Could this be the work of the Arkansas Mafia? I'm just asking questions.

To find Bin Laden's body, you just look for the little slick of "Just For Men" that bubbled to the surface.

For all we know Bin Laden was taken alive and is rotting in some dungeon right now.

Photos could be released, it would not change the situation.

Not that I know he is alive, but the government lies about this type of thing all the time. And this is something they would lie about.

They dumped it in water alright...

All part of our plan to have cloned 6'8" bearded killing machines.

We will turn them loose all over the middle east where, seeing their old mentor, the terrorists will hesitate to shoot. And that hesitation will be their doom, as Osama Bot Laden can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until they are dead

Well, that and Obama's in his first term

You don't pull the really maniacal stuff until your lame duck term... you know, just in case someone finds out.

For a guy who's supposed to be such a successful treasure hunter, he sure seems desperate to fleece a few hundred thou out of any rubes dumb enough to fall for this. Even if bin Laden's body was wrapped in something that can withstand the teeth of hungry bottom-dwelling fish (hint: probably not), what are the odds of finding a 6 1/2-foot-long bundle in the middle of even a relatively small ocean?

Besides, just look at the guy's picture--he's the epitome of something that rhymes with "louche hag." My bet is that he gets the money, putters around the ocean for a bit, then "receives" an unsigned email saying that the body is somewhere else, and hits his backers up for more money.
