It's not quite as good as I hoped but a nice quick read. It's my "car book" because you can pick it up whenever you want and polish off a signer at a time. I wish it went into more detail about the convention itself, but instead gives a 4-5 page synopsis of each signer.

A woman who had, on multiple occasions, decried suicide and considered it a coward's way out and who was currently in position to make a plea deal to lighten her sentence, a plea deal which would heavily cost a large number of power-players in DC. That woman suddenly commits suicide leaving a hastily-scrawled note of questionable penmanship. I realize conspiracy theories became less fashionable after X-Files got canceled and Clinton left the White House but come on.
