| TrainingWheelsNeeded
this reminds me that ufc on fox is tomorrow, must remember to set dvr. |
| the biggest redneck here Didn't even know there was a card tonight, guess I'm something of a Zuffa fanboy. |
| violentsalvation the biggest redneck here: Didn't even know there was a card tonight, guess I'm something of a Zuffa fanboy. You have just under two hours to make some picks for Bellator. If you want to. |

| One Bad Apple TrainingWheelsNeeded: this reminds me that ufc on fox is tomorrow, must remember to set dvr. And come back to this thread because most of us will be here unless a second thread is submitted (via omoplata) |

Thank you modmins for greenlighting well before the prelims start. I hope this becomes a trend on fight nights. |

Orgasmatron138: the biggest redneck here: Didn't even know there was a card tonight, guess I'm something of a Zuffa fanboy. Same here. I know the Bellator guys train and fight hard, but it's like watching the minor league of a pro sport. Pretty much. But much like watching minor league baseball, it can still be a lot of fun. Bellator is like AAA ball: a mix of journeymen who will never make the bigs, those who were in the majors but are on the ends of their careers, and young prospects who might make it some day. Even the smaller promotions (like NAAFS here in Ohio) can put on exciting fights. No UFC level fighters, but still lots of fun to watch. |

| Klippoklondike I want the Gono who submitted Mousasi and decisioned Lombard to show up |
| violentsalvation Klippoklondike: I want the Gono who submitted Mousasi and decisioned Lombard to show up I can't remember the odds but that would be a pretty big upset. |

| violentsalvation he? whatever. |
| One Bad Apple Orgasmatron138: Same here. I know the Bellator guys train and fight hard, but it's like watching the minor league of a pro sport. Where else are the up and comers going to get the experience ? When you see the new guys on TUF that already have 5-10 pro fights to their name they got them in places like Bellator, Victory Fighting and Gladiator challenge. Support your local cagefighting league if you have one and you might get to be an MMA hipster and claim you've seen the last season's winner of TUF before he became famous. Then you can hate on him for selling out and being popular. |
| violentsalvation O'grady kinda sucks on the ground. |
| One Bad Apple BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD |

Triangle... |

Nice transition to the armbar. Thought he was going to run out of time. |
| psychicdeath99
Being dismissive of your opponent is often a recipe for losing. |
| violentsalvation I'm looking forward to this one. |
| One Bad Apple Not so dismissive now is he ? |
| One Bad Apple Good sprawl for a kickboxer France |
| violentsalvation Yeah, you weren't getting that takedown. |
| psychicdeath99
Taleb swarmed all over him. Nice TKO. |
| One Bad Apple Taleb is a dead ringer for Shane on TWD |
| psychicdeath99
I'm liking the way they don't waste any time starting the next fight. I wish the UFC was this fast paced. |
| psychicdeath99
LMAO. It always amuses me when fighters complain that their opponents refuse to fight to their preferred style. Oh, and Big John McCarthy rocks. |
| violentsalvation Nelson's left leg is going to get kicked off into the crowd. |
| psychicdeath99
violentsalvation: Nelson's left leg is going to get kicked off into the crowd. At the very least he will be unable to walk for several days. |
| One Bad Apple If he's lucky he'll qualify for handicapped parking |
| violentsalvation Holy shiat look at that knee! |
| psychicdeath99
Oh jeez. That knee is farked. |
| psychicdeath99
Nelson gets credit for toughing it out, but then Alexandre never really went for the KO. |
| violentsalvation I wonder where everybody else is at. |
| psychicdeath99
Whoa! 50-7-1 |
| psychicdeath99
violentsalvation: I wonder where everybody else is at. Maybe forgot, since there was no Bellator last week. Or possibly watching basketball playoffs or Avengers... |
| One Bad Apple violentsalvation: I wonder where everybody else is at. Friday is not a good night in general west coasters are still driving home and a lot of the Fark MMA crowd are TUF noobs. If it ain't UFC it doesn't exist. |
| violentsalvation Yeah, it's true, some people pretty much dismiss Bellator as not good enough, and also the start time sucks out west. |
| libranoelrose What did I miss? |

Friday is not a good night in general west coasters are still driving home and a lot of the Fark MMA crowd are TUF noobs. If it ain't UFC it doesn't exist. I am still here, just took a phone call. I'm looking for the Saunders fight, i always liked his style. He's got some badass muay thai. |

Wow. That was a big surprise. Ford gets the k nockout after being dominated in the first. Santos should have been more aggressive instead of coasting when he had him hurt. |
| psychicdeath99
libranoelrose: What did I miss? The prelims were pretty good. Some of the upcoming fights look interesting. |
| Klippoklondike psychicdeath99: Wow. That was a big surprise. Ford gets the k nockout after being dominated in the first. Santos should have been more aggressive instead of coasting when he had him hurt. He's going to regret not taking his back. It was wide open for 2 whole minutes. |
| psychicdeath99
libranoelrose: What did I miss? Oh, and a knee swollen like a grapefruit due to multiple leg kicks from hell. Hope they replay that one during the main card. |
| psychicdeath99

The rear naked choke was there for yhe taking, with lots of time to sink it in. |

Yeah I wanna see that. Gonna be in and out of this thread. The woman is leaving for Scotland tomorrow, gonna be spending some time with her. |

Grabowski moving straight back is a mistake. Side movement! |
