Yes but is the mom hot? |
||
| MaudlinMutantMollusk Hell, if my 13 year old kid was that lame I'd want to get her married off ASAP too |
||
| propasaurus What's this world coming to when a 13 year old can't figure out how to take camera phone pics? |
||
| vygramul They were supposed to take potato pics, but stopped at 3. |

dahmers love zombie: NowhereMon: Yes but is the mom hot? I imagine she's as hot as any other 26-year-old. She's 35 but I see what you did there. |
||
| Walker propasaurus: What's this world coming to when a 13 year old can't figure out how to take camera phone pics? She seems to be a very stupid girl. Then again it seems to run in the family. |

So the 13 year old who took and sent the pictures is the victim, and the 30 year old who they were sent to is being investigated? Is that really the law? |

Eh, mother clearly knew about it. That should mean it isn't a crime. If the whole point is to protect the child because they don't know any better, but an adult approved of it, then the reason for the crime is removed. |

Smokey the Bare: Splish: So the 13 year old who took and sent the pictures is the victim, and the 30 year old who they were sent to is being investigated? Is that really the law? You're joking, right? It seems the 13 year old was a willing participant and the instigator in this instance. If they really were "dating" the guy's undeniably a creep and deserves worse than whatever happens to him. I just see a lot of potential for abuse. 13 year old girl: "My stupid stepfather had naked pictures of me on his phone." Cops: "No, we checked, and there's nothing there." 13 year old girl: "Hold on a second, let me resend them." |

Since everyone involved seems to be dumb as shiat, he probably left a text-trail of said request. Of course the defense could argue that his phone was stolen for a short time when the texts were sent. /either people like this on some level want to get caught or they really are dumb as squirrels |

I think the outrage here is the girl being so ridiculously stupid that she can't even take a picture of herself. |
||
| rjakobi
Can't she just photoshop her head onto a picture of a porn star and send that? |
||
| pag1107 I think everyone involved should be somehow prevented from breeding ever again, for the good of the species. |

I thought for sure someone would say, "Article is useless without pics," by now. /you sick Farks |

vygramul: They were supposed to take potato pics, but stopped at 3. I was gonna go with something along the lines of, "That registers 'potato' on the Derp-O-Meter" but yours is better... |

I'm disgusted. She's even dumber than the camwhores who photograph a mirror to take pics of themselves. You have failed as a partent if you can't teach your kids to use the self timer! |

Walker: propasaurus: What's this world coming to when a 13 year old can't figure out how to take camera phone pics? She seems to be a very stupid girl. Then again it seems to run in the family. Have you considered the possibility that the "boyfriend" was actually arranged by the mom- ie, she was selling her kid to the guy. Thus the mom pushes to have the pics taken. Pretty weak of people to beat up on this girl for being "stupid." She seems to have been exploited and betrayed by every adult to come into her life. |

If the whole point is to protect the child because they don't know any better, but an adult approved of it, then the reason for the crime is removed. Not sure if serious... The crime should be the Mother endangering the welfare of the child, as for the recipient, I don't necessarily think he should go on a list, afterall, the girl may have been lying about her age...but none the less the authorities should have a chat with him... On the other hand, we're talking about a 13 year old that can't figure out a camera phone, so I really don't mind if she gets raped repeatedly, it's not like we'd be losing anything of value from society....just be sure to kill her afterward so my tax dollars aren't paying for her therapy. |

All the 13 yo girl had to do was to ask a classmate how to use the camera on the cellphone. KIds know how to work them, usually much better than the parents. |

Granted this is not proper behavior, but a "felony" for digital pictures, whatever they are? Nice money grab, United States government. |

Splish: the 30 year old who they were sent to is being investigated He requested them. so yea. The mother should be charged with production The daughter (or whoever hit send) should be charged with distribution. |

Degenz: Hey now, at least she's not porking out babies for foodstamps. /amidoingitright? To be fair the article doesn't say. For all we know she's in section 8 housing with 10 foster kids, on tanf, food stamps, and unemployment. She could have even won the lottery and kept collecting assistance. While whoring out her kid. |

"Can I have some steamy hot pictures of your thirteen year old please? My preferences include schoolgirl outfits and stockings. Thank you." |

Perhaps it wasn't the photos that confused the girl, but setting up the PayPal account. "Mom, can I have your credit card? I'm starting a new business." "Well, you're doing that wrong, and not charging him enough. Plus, you need watermarks on those photos." |
