| GreenAdder You're wondering why he decided to bolt? It's easy to end a legal face-off if you grease the wheels. I think everyone was expecting this case to be a blowout, but a civil action like this is going to take more than just a shout from some wannabe punisher. When someone crosses the thin red line and thinks they have a perfect case against you, you need to be cool and just live life moment by moment. Nevermind what the experts say. Hopefully this phenomenon will blow over and Travolta can get back to staying alive. How can I tell if this case is pulp fiction or not, when I can't even look who's talking? |

As soon as the second John drops his suit, we'll have a happy ending. |

| Earguy TFA: The "notice of dismissal" by the masseur--identified only as "John Doe 1" in court papers--was filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles by attorney Okorie Okorocha. The one-page notice offers no explanation for the dismissal of the $2 million complaint, which was filed just 11 days ago. In other words, they settled out of court. |

Is there a more unfortunate name, that isn't a double entendre, than "Okorie Okorocha"? |

Was he paid off? |
||
| UGOTPZD
Tough to win your case when the defendant can prove he was in a different city on the date of the alleged attack. Usually I would think the person was paid off but in this case they probably dropped the suit with the agreement that no legal action would be taken against the accuser. |

While this reeks of an attention whore trying to ride a celebrity's coat tails, it also seems like standard Scientology practice. They teach that it's perfectly okay to lie as much as you want -- if and only if you're a Scientologist. So really, both parties have zero credibility. |

The second guy will face jail time. Remember the extortion attempt a couple years ago? These stars have some crazy people that follow them. |

I think the most disturbing thing I've learned out of all of this is that Travolta keeps a cache of chilled wigs on hand at all times, and selects one depending on what suits his constantly expanding/contracting face. |

One of my buddies is an executive at a very high-end resort. About ten years ago he told me he had to ban Travolta because he groped a male valet and offered to pay him for sex. I'm not surprised at all he's finally in hot water for this. |

[i.cdn.turner.com image 300x400] [bestuff.com image 210x203] Maybe a big in the general face shape in those pics, but the mouth is soooo far off. Mel's teeth protrude quite a bit, JT's do not. I did, though, notice that his hairline looks like it was placed with a stencil. I bet a lot of celebrities hate this new high quality digital age. |

bim1154: Rumors of his bi-sexuality have been going around for years. I don't know what to believe anymore. He's bi. (csb time...) I'm friends with Kelly Preston's cousin. A couple of years ago, we asked him about the Travolta bisexuality rumors. He told us that it's true. Apparently, Travolta is a great husband/father when he's there, but every couple of months or so, he and a boyfriend or two will fly off to some remote location in the world and spend a few days. He said that Kelly is fine with the arrangement - they've been doing this ever since she started dating him. He also said that as far as he knows, Kelly doesn't sleep with anyone but Travolta. |

Scientology only has to get involved when there is *truth* that has to be combatted. This guy's lawsuit was so full of crap, all Travolta had to point out is that he wasn't in Cali that day. Anyone could see right through the details in the lawsuit. It was totally amateur. |
