Keizer_Ghidorah: Hell, let's just annihilate every other living thing on the planet and be done with it already. Humans will never be able to coexist with the rest of nature for one reason or another, most of them retarded. 2/10 Nice emotional push, but lacks all logic. Need think more next time. |

pyrotek85: Coelacanth: pyrotek85: I think some of the people who get upset confuse these with a lynx or some other wild cat. These are supposed to get to be upwards of 200ish pounds, they're not simply a 'big cat'. I certainly wouldn't want one running loose, even a juvenile. These big enough for you? Link Yeah seriously, look at the size of it's paw, it's got to have 2"+ claws. As the article and map states, officially they don't exist in the eastern half of the US, but there have been sightings, sometimes even photos captured on deer cameras. Well we do have the Florida Panther in the east, and I saw one a couple years ago on Sanibel Island. There's no way you'd cnfuse one with a lynx or anything else of the type. |

Actually lookign at the map, the green blotch in southwest FL would cover Sanibel, so yea. There's that. BIG cat. |

Oh yea, anyone who knows the difference between them wouldn't mistake one for the other. I just get the impression that some of the people who cry over killing these don't understand just how big these predators get. If they can't be tranq'd, you just can't leave them to wander and hope they'll run home on their own. |

I hate when I'm running around on my horse killing and skinning wolves for money and one of those bastards runs out from nowhere and kills my horse right out from under me with one swat... then kills me before I can even get back on my feet. /obscure? |

Red Dead Redemption? Haven't played it but I heard it's good. Was hoping for a PC port but that doesn't seem likely. |

I've seen people say that they think it's morally wrong to kill animals such as mountain lions even after they have not just attacked, but killed humans |
