Wanna say before hand, as a Devils fan, this is by far the coolest Rangers team I've seen since 94. Still kinda half rooting for them (although, my love for Marty obviously takes precedence). I want Marty to finally get a Conn Smythe, but even if we lose, I hope the East wins the cup, because for the most part, I think these Rangers are a class act - first in a long time. Yeah, sorry, I don't buy into the rivalry at this point.

How is Max Payne 3? I loved the first one, but that was a looooooong time ago.

i never played 1 or 2 (but have them now sitting on the original Xbox I use as a media center in the bedroom, yay XBMC and softmod), so I can't compare

but i really did enjoy it. do NOT play it hungover. EVER. the "hangover" effects will fark you up.
It amazes me there were over a dozen chapters and they made every environment feel unique.

never felt like "oh, another office building" or "oh, another hallway". They made an amazing job keeping every location unique in its own way. I never tired of playing it.

Since my 360 is hacked I am going to do a replay with the infinite painkillers trainer someone made and go back and get all the gun parts and "clues".

it's also great because replay's "chapter select" lets you choose which checkpoint to start from as well. little things that make me enjoy it.

so yeah, worth playing no doubt. done really well.

Also, is there any news about the NHL going the supplemental discipline route on Doan/Smith/Yandle for their comments and/or miscounducts? A friend of mine (a PHX fan, poor bastard) is of the opinion that if Doan gets a suspension for that, he'll serve it, come back next season, and in his first game back cold-cock a ref, skate off the ice, and retire with both middle fingers held high.
