Page 2 says they investigated and discovered she was 18 in the photo. So perv on boys and girls.

We had a girl do that in my senior High School yearbook as well. Apparently it's the popular thing to do. She was 18 when the photo was taken in that case, and I don't think most of the staff or parents actually caught on. But it was absolutely deliberate, and I would guess the editors (also students) were only pretending to not notice.
