I dont get this at all, weed comes with seeds and they grow like.....weed.... Alot of stoners get alot of weed, and they all have seeds. They throw the seeds away. Why not just have every person with weed throw the seeds in random places in the wild, everywhere they go, and see if they can get weed to grow....like...weed. Until towns are covered in weed.

You can make dandilions illegal, but it would be absolutely pointless. If a pot plant was found at least twice on every acre of land in a city, controlling it would be impossible, not that they are doing a great job of it now.

Remove the profit of weed, make it so abundant that finding it would be like finding a dandilion in your yard. Weed sellers go out of business, cops either have to arrest entire cities or find something else to waste thier time on.

CSB: I lived in a townhouse my senior year in college and one day found two pot plants growing a couple feet from my front door. I got some planters and dug em up and put em in my bedroom closet with a grow lamp. Later that day one of my housemates sheepishly admitted they were his (he was not a confrontational type and I knew he was telling the truth) and offered to let me keep one if I returned the other. I gave em both back knowing he would be a better pot parent than me anyway.

The problem is evolution.

The only reason that super potent strains survive is that dank weed is desirable to humans. The dankest weed is propagated by controlled inbreeding, and the lesser weed is not.

Dankness is a waste of resources for a pot plant that if it isn't tricking humans into cultivating it. Left to it's own devices weed would probably start selecting for qualities like sticks/stems/seeds, cold hardiness, drought tolerance, or pest resistance over dankness. As an example, pigs have been domesticated for thousands of years but they turn back into boars (coarse hair, tusks, etc.) within a generation or two in the wild.

In Florida, outside, during rainy season, it could be 2 ft tall in less than a week, with full sun. So I've been told, of course.

My ex-gf's chiropractor invited us over for drinks & her husband had a foot-tall plant on his back porch that he was really proud of. On a ground-floor apartment.
I later asked ms6 if she really liked her chiropractor and she said, "yeah, she's pretty damn good. And I like talking to her." (they were cool people)

Anyway, a shame she's not in business these days.
