If you'll give me an unsecured loan, I will go buy some.

It is a wonderful time, if you believe that Greece exiting the Euro, contagion from Greece, Spanish bank failutres, a Chinese hard landing of their economy and possibly the destruction of the Euro are events that are not going to impact the U.S.*

*All negative impacts are null and void when the new round of QE is announced by the Fed. When that happens, its time to get back in.

Wait until the Greeks vote themselves out of the Euro zone on June 16th, and the market drops a bit. Then yes go ahead and buy some diversified fund or ETF.

When will we stop pretending Wall Street is a valid institution?

When we have the ability to save enough for retirement without casino winnings.

Of course it is. The economy will continue to recover until the collapse of the Next Bib Bubble no matter who is elected. (By the way, the president has little control over the economy.)

Do you think they will vote themselves out? I am leaning towards some last minute deal that keeps them in. In or out, it is sadly farked. However, I think its current leaders will prove to be pan-European cock-suckers like their predecessors.

My guess is they vote for the populist that wants to stop the austerity or water it down. Then it will be up the Germans to be wiling to throw some more money in to sweeten the deal, which is becoming less attractive and difficult to pull off.

Greece is out this year, and there is a chance so is Spain.
