| advres I swap letter places all the time. But usually catch them before I post something. I would really check if I was working on an application for a presidential nominee. /Just did it in presidential (ne) but fixed it. //Don't really consider a swapping of two letters next to each other in a word to be as bad as swapping an "a" for an "e" or "c" for an "s". |

| ThatGuyGreg residentgeek: Pertinent q: how to know they're not just making these up? They are most certainly making them up now. The good news is, they'll forget about it soon enough, and even the ones that don't will know they can't delete anything anymore. |

I'd rather watch a sitcom of the greatest political assassinations of all time. More comedy and less stupidity. /Please, call me Jeezsusz. If not, have your parents call me Heyzoozs. |

| Gyrfalcon Counter_Intelligent: [i273.photobucket.com image 499x494] That's what I did when I got bored in school. The way you know that's a fake is that they screwed up the "everytime" and the apostrophes...but correctly spelled "misspell". |

I'm actually not a grammar Nazi, but I would say "spell a word incorrectly" instead of "spell a word wrong". Also I think "spell a word wrongly" is OK, but again I'm no expert. Anybody care to comment? |

Anybody care to comment? I can't spell "spell" anymore. It looks wrong no matter how I write it. On a serious note I think I'm growing too dependent on the instant spellcheck in Firefox/Word (the red underline). Whenever I type anything on a Linux machine -- where that doesn't happen -- I find myself retyping the word several times, and the more I do it the more I lose sense of how it's originally supposed to "look". I should turn that crap off and just start looking up words whenever I'm not sure... |

Danny Rehberg (Montana Congressman) tweeted If you think twitter mistakes on #politwoops are bad, just wait until you see the regulatory mistakes of the Obama Administration! then promptly deleted it less than a minute later, making sure it got on the site. Slick move, that. |
