Good to hear that fantasized versions of the past aren't still being built... but, wait.

Yep, and the sad thing is, "Frontierland" would have survived and thrived until this day, unlike King's Island and Disney World which have both long since been shuttered and left to be reclaimed by Nature. That's why every other TV show nowadays is about American frontier heros.

/also see "Cattle Drive Park", still around because the rest of the shows are the ever-popular Westerns

Being a child of the 50s, my brother and I had some of those coonskin hats. Didn't go anywhere without wearing them. We were in good company though.... there was a sea of little kids wearing those hats.

If you visit the gen-u-wine American Slave Auction first, don't worry about leaving your purchases unattended, your property is more than welcome in the "Trail of Tears" queue.

Photoshop thread of "Hidden/Shameful events in American history" done as Theme parks and rides would kill.

Suggestions:

The Jim Crow Experience (extra charge for rope and/or fire hoses may apply)
The Enchanted Japanese Tea Garden and Internment Camp.
Lynching Square.
The Hall of Presidential Scandals (visitors must be over 18)
