Nope, nematodes are not segmented. Annelid of some kind, a polychaete, I think, which only narrows it down to tens of thousands of species.

It actually looks the most like a nudibranch. Especially the mouth and the way it moves. They are found in salt water and come in all kinds of shapes/colors.
