It depends on the backstory, doesn't it? If this kid wrote and recorded this song himself and made this video...wow, good on him. It's not a great thing, but he's out there creating. And that's terrific.

If it's the end result of parents flushing thousands of dollars away with a strip mall-based "Your Kid Can Be A Star" operation...not terrific. Sad. Muchly sad. But I'd still lay off the kid.

Turn the sound off and the video is much better. Those dance moves are comedy gold.
