Jon Stewart sometimes comes off as fawningly annoying in his at times misguided attempts to show how fair and equal opportunity he is. NPR suffers from the same tendency. Colbert is funnier, imo, although his interruptive interview style can be grating.

Yeah, my impression around Madison (which you would think would be butthurt central) is just an overwhelming feeling of "Well, ok you farkers, we tried to warn you..you have fun with that job losing, environment destroying, criminal asshole".

We flipped the Senate so Walker can't do anything too crazy for at least a little while and hopefully he'll be in jail before he gets the chance to do anything too damaging.

I don't think Stewart gets nearly enough credit for this. He has the ability to call guests on their bullshiat contradictions and always seems quite prepared for these types of interviews. Too bad he doesn't do it more often.

The senate is not in session for Wisconsin until after the next state senate elections. It does nothing aside from changing who gets pay and benefits for 5 months. But keep propping up that "win."
