The start of this race should be interesting, with Hamilton, Alonso, and Rosberg all in the top 5.

And for the Americans the race is on Fox and not on Speed

Unfortunately for us here in the US, the race is being broadcasted on Fox. That means a lot f commercial breaks.

Which is why I always either download or stream the bbc/sky coverage. Also I think the commentary is better. More so on the Bbc than on sky though

I wish they were. There is one guy on Sky(i don't even know his name or even care to) that gets so overly dramatic it drives me crazy. He tries to make even the most mundane thing seem like a major event. But I'll take him over commercials anyday...

For those of us who have decided that there is nothing on television worth $100 per month (aka antenna users) this is the first race of the season. I'll gladly endure commercials (as long as I have a mute button) to keep $1200 a year in my pocket.

F1 is really the only reason I have cable TV.

It should be really interesting to see how the race shakes out, as the temperatures are much higher than anticipated and given the sensitivity of the tires this year, who knows what will happen. Hell, Kimi might even win!

Canada has the BBC feed (as usual) with some Ben guy and David Coulthard. AFAIK even thought BBC doesn't air all the races in the UK, they still cover the whole race live for Canada and Australia. Streams @ Link

Heh, pretty clean for a starting lap. Vettel is already pulling away.

So, what's the over/under on how many laps Grosjean will go before making contact or crashing?

Jenson may be sitting pretty. It looks like the supersofts are already starting to wear heavily according to the timing comments. We're only ten laps (and two commercial breaks) in!

From everything I've read, he doesn't have too much to worry about from Kubica. He probably has more to worry about with Perez. Which is a damn shame, because Kubica was always fun to watch! Nice guy to boot.

Only sixteen laps into the race and these guys are already destroying their tires. Could be interesting to see how slippery the cars get later on.
