| MaudlinMutantMollusk When are they changing the name to Dorito Bell? |
| MBK Seriously, people act as it is the greatest thing in the world. Doritos. Taco Salad. SAME farkING THING. |
| Silly Jesus

| Pawn takes the King MBK: Seriously, people act as it is the greatest thing in the world. Doritos. Taco Salad. SAME farkING THING. True, but the Salsa Verde would be perfect. I honestly didn't taste the Dorito at all in the 1st one. It just tasted like a taco to me. |
| I_Am_Weasel Flamas? That doesn't look like it's spelled correctly, it's too short. |
| fnorgby
OOOh sounds delicious. How much do they cost? |

| Ooba Tooba Fat people problems. |
| Triumph I like how Doritos' logo is a heart attack. |
| CruiserTwelve I_Am_Weasel: Flamas? That doesn't look like it's spelled correctly, it's too short. It's pronounce "flame-ass." It's a truth in advertising thing I suppose. |
borg ![]() Thinks potatoe skin taco shells would be good. |
| Dallymo vossiewulf: Pawn takes the King: Why no Salsa Verde?? What he said. They should do these two: [www.fritolay.com image 346x512][www.fritolay.com image 361x504] Those Tapatío ones are delicious. I ate about half a bag before I knew it. I was really, really sorry later, but at the time it was heavenly. |
| hammettman Why not just unwrap them and place them directly in the toilet, cut out the middleman. |
| martissimo NewportBarGuy: fnorgby: OOOh sounds delicious. How much do they cost? About $1.99 /Not falling for it. So it's like the same damm 39 cent taco as the ones they usually sell, but with a bit of orange sprinkles on the shell for a buck and a half more... and it's a huge hit? Damm people are stupid, top notch real tacos at a place like Robertos are 2 bucks, Carnitas, Asada, Lengua, whatever you want |
| ecmoRandomNumbers Yum! is out of ideas. Now they're just trolling us. |
| Lionel Mandrake Can life get any better?? I submit that it cannot!! |
| Guidette Frankentits
Flamas is spanish for Crohns |
| Mr. Coffee Nerves By this time next year the tray and box will be made of Dorito as well, and they'll have a deal cut with local EMS to make sure at least one IV bag is warm, creamy nacho "cheese" |
| rev. dave
I like the idea. Now if they would improve their ground beef and maybe add some pulled pork with cilantro. |

Taco Bell is the best Mexican cuisine on earth. Amazing quality for the price. |
| casual disregard

| Greenbeanx
Shiat..heart attack city. |
| stirfrybry
He doesn't know how to use the three shells! LOL |
| HamWBone
taco bell tacos are not 39 cents... give that up. that was a campaign about 8 years ago. the doritos locos taco runs about 1,19 with the regular being 99 cents. supreme 1.39. they gave me an extra loco shell by accident and it had about 1/5th the salt/flavor of an actual Dorito, i want doritos 3d's back........ |

so freakin disgusting. America's obsession with junkfood is truly something to behold. Enjoy it with your 87oz Mountain Dew and your Type 2 Diabeetus. |

| Mr. Titanium
Fark. It's not newa, it's commercials? |

mc_madness: Taco Bell is the best Mexican cuisine on earth. Amazing quality for the price. Your point has merit in any part of the country without taco trucks. Really, it does. Taco Bell makes very tasty food and it's comparatively cheap. There are innumerable Mexican restaurants around here and very few of them can match the taste of lowly Taco Bell and they all cost more. Only in a proper taco truck can the price/performance ratio of Taco Bell be exceeded. (if it has some punny name, like "Mexican Sweet" or "Lettuce Make You Tacos", it's not a proper taco truck, it's a hipster truck. DO NOT BE FOOLED) |

Mr. Titanium: Fark. It's not newa, it's commercials? Well, these tacos *are* newa than the old Doritos Locos tacos. |
| AbbeySomeone
There is nothing in those resembling real food or a semblance of nutrition but yeah, people will still eat them. |
| PvtHike
I make far, far better tacos. For the cost of real beef. |
| tetsoushima
I would like to point out that the whole thing was Andrew W.K.'s idea. |

I tried a Doritos Locos taco one time, just to say I had tried one. They're too... busy. Too many different flavors, and not all of them complimentary to each other. It was a normal taco bell taco in a giant, folded round dorito. My overall impression was "meh." |

CruiserTwelve: It's pronounce "flame-ass." It's a truth in advertising thing I suppose. I was going to ask if the "flamas" was on entry or exit... *tiny fist....shaken* |

I could barely taste the Dorito flavor in the new shell, so not worth the money for the "upgrade." I did however notice that after one bite the Dorito shell broke into about 15 pieces, making it a handheld taco salad. There's a reason they come in the fancy card-stock holder. New flavors? I'll try one of each, but I'm guessing they'll be just as bland and fragile. |

I feel that I'm justifiably contemptuous of people getting excited about anything Taco Bell makes considering that 12% of their beef includes: Water, Seasoning [Isolated Oat Product, Salt, Chili Pepper, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Oats (Wheat), Soy Lecithin, Sugar, Spices, Maltodextrin, Soybean Oil (Anti-dusting Agent), Garlic Powder, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Caramel Color, Cocoa Powder (Processed With Alkali), Silicon Dioxide, Natural Flavors, Yeast, Modified Corn Starch, Natural Smoke Flavor], Salt, Sodium Phosphates. CONTAINS SOYBEAN, WHEAT |

I've eaten authentic Mexican food in Mexico. Taco Bell is much better. |
| spentmiles
Who cares about the flavor? The cat's going to eat them all anyway and probably get his head stuck in the bag. Stupid cat. |

CONTAINS SOYBEAN, WHEAT No their beef contains various parts of the cow. Those are seasonings and preservatives that make up the seasoned mix that ends up in the final product. The same stuff is likely to be found in the ground beef mix in any "authentic" place you might go. |

I don't like Doritos that much to begin with. I certainly don't want that interfering with the flavor of my taco. So, unless someone tricks me into it, I doubt I will ever try one of those. //"We have secretly replaced the shell of his taco. Let's see if he notices." |
