groppet: With all the rules they have in PA it amazes me how anyone can get drunk Just like anywhere else, we drink alcohol. :) As long as you aren't buying from a six pack shop you can buy as much as you like - from the beer distributor or state store (liquor/wine). If I lived in another part of the state I'd be upset but in State College we've got four state stores within five miles and a few beer distributors. I'm not advocating for it - the LCB is arcane and crazy in some of its rules - but in my area it really isn't too bad. I'm sure if I lived in a truly rural part of the state I'd be pissed. |
