The NCAA is just being prudent for a change. Once/if he's found guilty and the civil suits start rolling in there may not be a Penn St. football program to investigate.

So if he gets convicted, does that mean go directly to jail? Or will he be able to find a way to be out on bond (on home arrest) if he appeals?
