I was listening to sports talk today and they said according to the police he just spent a few hours in the drunk tank and was released. Apparently he committed no crime as he had a ticket so he was not trespassing. I guess they don't bother with public drunkenness though.

At the U.S. Open? You'd have to tag at least a sixth of the crowd for public drunkenness. So, his interruption wasn't criminal, but it still did nothing to advocate his alleged cause. He can still piss off.

This guy didn't interrupt the President during a speech... he interrupted a horrendously planned trophy presentation that takes place on a golf course green where they literally have stage hands bring on tables and equipment while the TV station shows five minutes of highlights.
