I hear some TSA agents need to fly to different airports.

If you read the article, it's even better that the lady being charged here used to be a TSA agent.

Yeah, buried in the article, the two TSA gate rapists knew each other. I hate the TSA, but this sounds like a personal issue.

Funny too how these videos are found by the TSA, but when the passenger is wronged or the TSA is sticking their hands down a toddler's diapers, the video is usually lost.

The TSA is a huge threat to this country. What it stands for and what it accomplishes is in direct opposition to freedom and liberty.

But if we charge TSA agents with sex crimes, then who will provide freedom gropes? And isn't the last part a bit pointless, since they just sit around at airports and do not actually fly?

TSA is here to provide a law enforcement function- being a dick with no authority to conduct a "pat d own' not so much. Surprised the collective intelligence couldn't figure that one out.

Still searching for someone who actually travels to come forth with the same complaints....

Did not read and do not care about the article. But I will take this opportunity to say that the tsa is an ineffectual, leviathan waste of time and money. You all owe it to yourselves to read what the former head of that organization says about it. In short, he agrees with me.

Oh, and I have left my cell phone AND iPod on for the entire duration of at least 100 commercial flights over the last decade. Just close your eyes and don't look at the waiters on the flight - the vast majority of them don't give two shiates as long a you are discrete.

Problem is that having implemented Security Theatre, if we get rid of it now some knucklehead WILL get on a plane with a bomb. Or two.

As far as the TSA goes--now we're permafarked.

Because the TSA agents at Atlanta rub my inside thigh on my right leg every time I go through security, stopping millimeters before their hands would brush up into my my genitals? Getting a ticket is one thing, standing there while a complete stranger touches in inappropriate ways is something completely different altogether.

What about the "present" head of the TSA? What does he have to say? "Previous" employees, especially the "released" ones, never have anything nice to say about their previous employer.

Airport security was annoying, stupid, and completely ineffective long before 2001. Since PATRIOT, there's just more of it and it's become stupider and more annoying, the effectiveness level has not in any way changed.

//There, now you've heard from someone who travels.
//Albeit I don't have issues with the pat-downs themselves, only with several bloody hours of my time being wasted to get to the terminal for a 30-minute flight.
//Basically I'm too polite to pull something like this in response, but I can sympathize with those who aren't.

RU a hottie or a nottie? Seems thay have more restraint of their sexual urges than you do as they were able to stop within millimeters (1000 millimeters to a meter) and not give it a second thought.

Why not direct your anger toward the idiots that make these searches a necessity. You could always stay home and let these people focus their energies toward the real culprits.

Nevr have been lucky enough to get felt up enough to become indignant about the pat-downs- starting to feel ugly.

If a cop kills you with a service weapon, it's "justified use of force," or "suicide by cop," depending on the circumstances. If you kill him, it's "murder."

Sure. That happens to everyone and if we got rid of rules because some people didn't like them it would be anarchy because there are no laws or rules that everyone likes. You can not like a rule and still be respectful or not jump to hyperbole that you are "being raped" etc. You can calmly voice your disagreement to the rule and be open to debate about it.
