This is terrible. Why isn't the government stepping in to help these poor souls? If we low their taxes just a little then they'll be able to invest it in the economy.

It's weird... I want to give a f*ck, but I just don't seem to have it in me...

Can't someone spare some more tax breaks for these suffering souls?

Hey, they have a right to be pissed. They bought the best politicians money can buy; if they don't get results that money was wasted.

We could raise taxes and announce massive infrastructure spending. The rich bastards could invest in construction companies (or found their own) and make a killing knowing that 4 trillion dollars is rolling out.

But that's crazy talk.

Gosh... it's almost as if firing everyone in the consumer class has some sort of negative effect on the selling class in the long term. I wonder if when the lower classes have more money, they spend more money and that money gushes upwards to the upper classes. Some sort of money shot economics.

Money trickles down, not up.

It's almost like you can only buy off politicians to siphon money from the lower classes for so long before the lower classes just run out of money to steal....

Don't worry, I hear "poor" people, although no longer having refrigerators, sometimes have the money to splurge on a candy bar. Maybe you could try using that as ammo to justify hitting them up for more money so you don't have to work like everyone else and get to just keep sitting around "investing" your money in penny-shifting schemes.

/ yes, that's hyperbolic
// sadly, it's not that far off

The GOP views monetary policy like trickling urination, but really it works more like rising flatulence. They shouldn't be pissing down on us, we should be farting up at them.

/ somebody find a way to get this entered into the congressional record....

I wonder how much of the "loss" is an actual loss and not just on paper.

So *that's* why gas prices are going down. Or is that because of Greece?

Rich people don't get "poorer". They get less rich.

This is phase two. The wealthy pillage the middle class, then the wealthy make no money because their companies have no one to sell to. This is the farking moron cycle.
