Time trials start around 9am. I'm so cheering for the "Franklin Flyer" Bill Prietzel to qualify and do well. Saw him run so many times at Hales Corners Speedway that used to be where the Menards is in Franklin in the 80's and '90's. Hell, I even won a demolition derby on that track. The last Memorial Day derby. Yes, there was banking. Not much, but enough for late models to get up on 3 wheels in the corners. /drunk |

| downstairs WTF? Stewart qualified 24th on a road course in the Sprint Cup? |
||
| bluorangefyre I just checked the Sprint Cup schedule. Guess who took off for next Saturday's UFIA 400 presented by Fark.com from Drew Curtis' Kentucky Speedway? ME ME ME ME ME!!! /yeah I know they call it the Quaker State 400, but who the fark cares since the track is located near Farkistan? //also, Danica may actually run pretty well today |
||
| downstairs bluorangefyre: //also, Danica may actually run pretty well today Yeah, this I'm excited about. Has she run a road course in any NASCAR level yet? |

| downstairs bluorangefyre: I just checked the Sprint Cup schedule. Guess who took off for next Saturday's UFIA 400 presented by Fark.com from Drew Curtis' Kentucky Speedway? Good for you! But I'm kinda getting sick of all the Saturday night races. Far too many of them. I'm generally out and about on a Saturday night, and the Mrs. doesn't like NASCAR... so Sunday afternoons are the perfect time for a race. Obviously the classics like Daytona July, Bristol night race, Coke 600 should be held at night. But beyond that, its just annoying. |

| crotchgrabber Sweet. I didn't even realize there was a Nationwide race today. I was planning on going to Sonoma tomorrow, but I used the money to buy a motorcycle instead. |

A good motorcycle or a cuiser? It's kind of a goofy bike. KZ1000 police special. Used by Monterey County Sherriffs department. I know the cop who had it in service. It was only dropped once for a shoot out with a gangbanger. It runs perfectly, it looks pretty good. And it cost less than my bicycle. |

| downstairs I absolutely love Road America. I really wish the Sprint Cup would swap out a cookie cutter track for Road America. Either way, this has been the one Nationwide race I look forward to every year since they started in 2010 (I think?) |

| Dumb-Ass-Monkey I'm damn sorry I can't go to Sears Point tomorrow, but it should be an exciting race. So glad that Boris and Robby are in it! A lot of unexpected names, too, including David Mayhew making his 2nd ever NASCAR appearance and first ever cup race on the road course. |

RaceBuddy working decent for anybody? Mine constantly freezes for a second or two, then comes back and the car has travelled half a lap. |
||
| Dumb-Ass-Monkey Dammit, I hope that's not the end of Fellows today. He's always a favorite. |
||
| Jensaarai Danica suddenly remembered she's supposed to know how to road race? Sure, why not? |

||
| good_2_go
Listening to MRN talking about Piquet racing Villeneuve - it's like a time warp back to 1981. |
||
| vegaswench Kurt's reporting he's getting loose. Uh oh. |
||
| WhyteRaven74
BTW for F1 fans, you'll enjoy the race tomorrow, Bob Varsha isn't part of the broadcast team this weekend. |
