Wut?

It's a cat, it doesn't play with it's penis each and every minute of the day or give it a nickname. If it has been neutered then it isn't going have the slightest interest in using its penis for anything other than urinating. If vets do a surgical procedure that means it doesn't have a full penis but can still urinate properly then the cat is not going to care.

Are you the sort of weirdo that would get neuticals put in your pet so it doesn't suffer from body image issues or something?
