"Nearly all" is nebulous. I was factoring in those low-income people who would not get fined.

Apparently (surprise, surprise), the people most against the law are also the ones most un/misinformed about it.

Republicans are less well-informed about the provisions of the law than Democrats or Independents. People who believe the ACA will make them worse off are much more poorly informed than those who believe it will leave them better off. Fox "News" viewers were, by far, the worst informed infromed. Older persons were less well informed than younger persons.

9 out of 10. I answered "no" on the first one because technically it doesn't assess a fine, but you don't get a tax deduction. I don't think that qualifies as a fine.

Sadly my dad has now embraced the latest talking point "We're adding health coverage for all of these people, but we haven't added any doctors!". Because, no one gets sick unless they have health coverage.

I got 9/10... But I honestly thought that there were some cuts to Medicare involved. Or is the distinction that people CURRENTLY ON Medicare won't see any cuts, while coverage may be scaled back a little for future participants? Or am I completely wrong about that altogether?

10/10 Although I really try to stay apolitical on Facebook, I'm posting this along with ACA as explained to a five-year-old, etc.. Am going with the theory that between now and the election we _really_ need to start getting the word out about what the law does.
