I can relate. I'm a huge Italian ice fan..especially the red, white, and blue mixed ones that are out only in the summer. I speed home every time I get them otherwise the flavor melts to the bottom and you're left with bland flavored ice on top and then an inch of gooey sugar muck on the bottom. Give her a break..

The scene just so happens to be on wheels and the scene has been with me and the other driver from the time of contact between the two vehicles and now. In fact, I was just about to execute my duty and call the authorities when you showed up making that action unnecessary. If that failed because the scene is defined as a geographical location, I would then point to the other driver and tell the officer to do his duty and arrest both of us or neither of us but to make his choice wisely.

Nice try, but the person who left the scene is guilty of leaving the scene regardless. And the scene of the accident is where the accident happened, not where the other drivers ended up. You know, where all the glass and broken fiberglass car parts are.

As far as the other driver, well, you don't get to mitigate your guilt by saying "Well, he did it too!" and cops don't appreciate it when you tell them their job.
