That's one of the most positive articles I've seen, with all that talk of soft landing and eventual recovery. The more popular line of thought seems to be "and then their housing bubble pops and doooooooom!".

Nothing beats the thrill of seeing that wealth trickle down from the top of the screen. I mean the economy goes up, down and sideways at the same time, it seems. You need some pretty solid bootstraps.
