Shouldn't it be, "Oh-No-He-DIH-int" instead of, "Oh-No-HE-Dih-int?" I've never heard anyone emphasize the "he" and it just makes me think of Chandler Bing.

I thought that Paterno did report that something was going on and it was his superiors who took no action.
