| Lsherm quatchi: He likes pizza, but insists on scraping off the cheese before he ever takes a bite. Oh, FFS, is there no end to this guy's weirdness? I'd venture a guess he's lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy products. Since the cheese on a Big Mac is on top of the bottom patty, I suspect he's removing the center bread because that's the easiest way to get rid of the cheese. I'm lactose intolerant, but I can eat cheese in small amounts. I can't drink milk at all, and if I do it's a whole day of sitting on the toilet. I have a friend who isn't lactose intolerant - he's just flat out allergic to dairy products - and he has to scrape the cheese off pizza. He'll try to salvage toppings, but if he can't get the cheese off, he won't eat it. However, he will order a pizza when he's out and tell them not to put cheese on it, and run it through the oven faster because there's nothing covering the toppings. I don't know why Romney couldn't have figured this out already. The only other explanation I could venture is that he's trying to keep a bastardized version of kosher, and he doesn't want cheese mixing with meat. Either way, it's a reason for the behavior. |

McDonald's has directed 57 percent of its political spending to Republican candidates, in keeping with its historical trend. Does that mean they give 43% to Democratic candidates? Most corporations donate to both branches of the Corporate Party. This is hardly news. |

coeyagi: bdMurray: Is "Wa-Wa's" fast food? I know "WaWa" is a deli. WaWa is not WaWa. WaWa is Wawa. And Wawa was the reason I bought my house where I did. There are 5 of them within a 5 square mile radius. And Wawa is both. Fast deli food. Your post made me curious and sent me to their website. The wraps and the new quesadillas look quite good. Unfortunately I'm nowhere near a Wawa. |

Mormon Kosher? I knew about the no booze, no caffeine thing but do they have other dietary restrictions as well? I find your theories interesting but without any hard data I am sticking with the "He's just a frickin' weirdo" one for now. /Will apologize later if your theory pans out. |

Why wouldn't he just order the Big Mac without cheese? Wouldn't that make more sense? |
