The witch is green. We could use a can of paint and a decent actress or fake looking CGI which we will also use to throw objects at the screen in a desperate attempt to make 3D seem worthwhile. Hmmm, difficult problem

This movie is very much in Burton's wheelhouse. That being said, James Franco might be a good Bruce Campbell replacement if he can lose the lisp. I don't think that will happen. Rachel Weisz (is she in it? I haven't checked the credits but I thought I recognized her voice) is an excellent proxy for Helena Bonham Carter.

Anywho, the trailer shows some promise. Seeing it will be a game-time decision.

Return to OZ is a far better movie, in my opinion, and it introduced us to Fairuza Balk, the only person who should play live action Harley Quinn

This week marked my third attempt to suffer through season 6. First time I barely got two episodes in. Second time I skipped through the first 4 episodes then watched the last episode. This time around I watched the first two, and then skipped to the middle of the season. It's JUST SO BAD.

At Comic Con he said he be playing a part in the movie, but he has no idea what he is going to play yet. I am thinking Sam is going to give him either a small part or something huge, and wants to surprise everyone on what Bruce is goig to play. Also, Bruce Campbell is a pretty damn good actor, and sometimes I wished he did more roles to show off how good he is at acting like he did in Bubba Ho-tep. Bruce Campbell winning an Oscar would be truly epic.

It's been a long time since I read it, like I said, but I though the Witch of the West had a magic hat, or something like that, that let her summon the winged monkeys only 3 times, and she used her 3rd and last wish to capture Dorothy and her friends, after her regular forces kept losing to them.

So they were not her permanent servants.

As I said earlier, I wonder if Sam Raimi is going to have Bruce Cambell appear in a cameo role as was done in "Darkman". Bruce Campbell showed up at the end of the movie as the latest incarnation of Peyton Westlake/Darkman. Campbell's cameo appearance was billed as "Final Shemp"
