To be fair, the first time I heard someone refer to "Bain Capital", my first reaction was that that's a bit on the nose if you're trying to pretend your company isn't evil. Given that, y'know, 'bane' is an English word meaning a personal nemesis and had been for several centuries before comic books were even a thing.

Didn't realize it was someone's name until I saw it in writing and learned the spelling.
