On a percentage of people in prison by country, for those countries that report it, the US is number one, ahead of Russia. 715 per 10,000 people in the States, 584 per 10000 people in Russia. China is ranked at 119 per 10000

and they should also have more geniuses statistically than we do. I tend to believe that they could be great, in all senses of that word, again.
