Well make the bond something she could pay but I think her ass deserves to go to jail so we'll be paying for her to sit there after she's convicted anyway. The severity is way less but this falls along the same lines as falsely claiming rape against someone - you have attempted to seriously fark up an innocent persons life using lies and the legal system as your ammunition - I'd let every single person picked up for drug possession (non violent, non property crime - you know, your basic user) before I'd let her out one second before her jail time was up.

You willing to have your taxes increased to pay for that shiat? Put her in a god damned mental institution where it's cheaper for the taxpayer and she'll get the meds she needs. I'm inclined to just fine her a lot, but if she really was trying to pin it on an innocent person, then that's worthy of something way more serious.
