The kid wasn't even the driver, but they charged him with refusal to submit to DUI testing. If he had just stated in the car, he'd be srist slapped and home now. |

How can a persn refuse to submit to DUI testing when said person wasn't even operating the vehicle, by the cops own admission? |

Color me impressed... no mention of being covered in blood AND feces. |

apachevoyeur: Color me impressed... no mention of being covered in blood AND feces. Trust me, in a Vermont farm field, he was covered with feces. They don't really grow crops up here. It's just a cover to have a place to dump millions of gallons of "liquid manure" on the fields that run into the rivers that feed into Lake Champlain. |

I live across the road from Pratt's fields in eastern Richmond (very close to where the idiot went for his run), and yes, they do spray treated, processed sewage there, but no, it doesn't smell at all, and I've kayaked in the river near there and no, there's no runoff, and yes, they do harvest and sell the corn. |

You must have more regulators drivign through than we do up here in franklin county. I live up there in stinkville. I drive down to Williston to work. Try driving up in Franklin county. With the windows up or down. |
