We ask them who they want to take them where, so mom does not always take Allie to gymnastics and dad does not always take Steven to scouts. It is not our employers' jobs to allow for our lives and chosen activities.

The graph I posted was from the Bureau of Labor Statistics - a US government agency - which shows unemployment went UP not DOWN, with only a slight improvement over the past year.
