I can relate.

I used to referee high school football in Oregon. I did a game with Sisters high school and it just so happened that Dan Fouts' son was the quarterback for their team at the time. And it also just so happened that Dan Fouts was in the stands that evening. Let me tell you, he was the biggest loud-mouthed jerk-off we had ever come across at a game. He might as well have been down on the sidelines coaching because he was the only person we could hear that game and he was so obnoxious. Being an Oregon fan and Dan Fouts being an Oregon alumni I had always admired him. After that night I came to hate him.

During the second half of the game, with Sisters up something like 45-7, he was still ragging on us about how we weren't protecting his son and how his son was going to get hurt. If your son is so precious and easily broken then why the hell is he still playing quarterback in the second half when you are walking away with the game?
