Here in PA the GOP governor and GOP legislature cut funding for schools and for medical care for the poor. Now, the new jobs numbers are out and, somehow, unemployment in the education and health care sectors is way up.

Of course, this just means more business tax cuts are needed to build a human shield of Job Creators over the entire state to keep Obama's Voodoo Job Destruction Rays (sometimes the Gas Price Increasing Rays) from penetrating!

This is them wanting America to fail and cheering on every perceived negative because Team GOP that's why.

Pathetic.

Nonfarm payroll employment grew in 31 states in July and shrank in 19, the Labor Department said. California added the most jobs, at 25,200, followed by Michigan at 21,800, and Virginia at 21,300. New Jersey lost the most jobs at 12,000, followed by Missouri at 7,700, and Illinois at 7,100.

California is leading the country in job growth? But they have a Democrat for Governor, how is that possible?

Because, with a crappy economy, low morale, and the youth vote not materializing....its going to be 3 months of Black Racism/White Guilt Liberals on Steroids...."you don't vote for Obama...you are Racist"

Hopefully Joe Biden will continue to say something stupid

I doubt he'll be the artful dodge like Barack and never actually answer a question without blaming ATM's or Japan or whatever. As far as Biden goes, well all Ryan has to do is simply talk about this administration's record...which even they won't do as of yet. Either way, I doubt anyone really expects much from Joe except crossing their fingers he really doesn't go full batshiat on stage.

Ryan was in Florida's largest retirement community (which is also 2:1 Republican) trying to get people to embrace his plan. Which was easy because they're all 55+ and they vote Republican.

If that was his attempt to try to convince old people that his plan for Medicare will work out for people like me in their 20's, that was some weak sauce then.

I dunno. I'm just a simple guy. If I'm not making ends meet, I need to get some additional income. Unfortunately, Republicans have prevented California from pulling any overtime or getting a part-time job.

It's a great test case for the federal budget. When you need increased revenue but do nothing to fix the loopholes the wealth, corporations, and land owners are using to skimp out on taxes, your deficit will keep rising regardless of how many cuts you make

Oh and another thing about this jobless rate article... Wisconsin isn't looking so hot after all. Their jobless rate rose to 7.3%

Inaction by the Republicans to do anything to help the economic recover is becoming so bad not even their rhetoric can hide it anymore.
