Ah, so the local station was stealing network ad time. The swirling background colors were a nice lead into the weather promo spot.

For a long time, I had a box filled with hard drives connected to my cable from a company called "XOrbit" - they paid me $100~200 a month and it monitored the cable feed to see if they were stealing ad time. I guess their clients dried up, and my deal with them was canceled; still, a nice deal while it lasted.

Satan's late. the world is supposed to end on Dec. 21, 2012 so he'd better get his satanic ass in gear.

Well, it has been hot as hell this summer...
