Yup, a friend of mine tweeted the earthquake in Mexico City. Contrary to popular belief, not all twitter users tweet as their first instinct. |

They, they were still rocking the house in Japan just a couple years ago. People there said they tore that place up good. Then again, they were just the opening act for Tsunami, who's just devastating. |

Dang. Those big arena groups never play in the flyover states. We haven't had a good Earthquake show in ages! |

According to 'THAT GUY' in my office, this is proof of Obama's weather and earth quake HAARP machine. They are attacking these apparently random countries, but there IS a pattern you just can't see it because you have your blinders on. |

I was going to assert that it's proof the end of days has begun because Obama got reelected, but that fills the derp bin just as well. (rubs hands together) I eagerly await the religious apoplexy over the election. I do so enjoy mocking it. |

No tsunami warning? |

I was in Antigua, Guatemala (about 100km east of the epicenter) last November. Beautiful place. Used to be the capital city until it was flattened by an earthquake. Hopefully it's not heavily damaged this time - I'd love to go back! Surrounded by three volcanoes too, which is pretty impressive. |

| theMagni cgraves67: Dang. Those big arena groups never play in the flyover states. We haven't had a good Earthquake show in ages! They play all the time on the West Coast. Vancouver Island has one almost every day, with shifts every few weeks. /At first they thought there was something wrong with the GPS. |

OS is the worst place to be if there is a tsunami threat. We are overdue and St. Helens and Rainier are showing more activity. Hey, do you know Courtney Stodden? /jk |

The town meetings start with a minute of hand-wringing. There's still one road outta town and it has a sharp corner that's gonna clog up with tourists when the real thing starts. |

We went camping there last summer. Nice place unless there is a mass, panicked exit. |

Between the funky soil, the earthquakes, and the major rains, they get these massive sinkholes - often nearly perfectly round (google the images, they're very cool). Afterwards, I get to hear from the neighborhood kook about how the "drill holes" are evidence of HAARP being used to cause earthquakes and such. Good times! |

Seeing has how Gog and Magog is referenced to almost exclusively by conspiracy theorists, I think you should come clean and admit 'that guy in my office' is actually you. To address your particular conspiracy theory: 1. if the government creates a 'weapon' so ineffective that it causes earthquakes to happen no more frequently than they already happen on their own, I don't think we have much to worry about. 2. If the government has such a weapon and is choosing Guatemala as their target, their competence as evil bond villains is very much in question. |
