| MisterTweak Usually I think of a snarky email as a hardcore "f**k you, I'm outta here!". Trashing your entire office building with a sledgehammer, poop, pee, *and* more penis drawings than the draft sketches for the sistine chapel? That's going out like a boss, dude. 'course, you're still going to jail for quite a while. |

"Look, jerface! I'm an ATTORNEY! The product of high and lofty academic erudition! Now gimmie back my license and EAT MY POOP!" You can put a man in a suit but you can't make it suit him. |

That guy had the tackiest billboards all over south (read low-income) Dallas. It's good news that he's been removed from society and better news that he's been removed from the legal profession. Don't steal from clients. Not your money, asshole. |

criminal penalties for civil actions....he had a lease and therefore had a right to use the property. Yes, of course if he mistreated it, he is subject to damages in CIVIL court, but not criminal court. he cannot be convicted and he was wrongfully arrested. From the article, even though it is poorly written, it looks like his bond release for four felonies was revoked because of the damage to the office. Of course the real reason his bond was revoked was because he wrote the judge's name and number on the walls of the office. /online idiots |

FTFA: "Prosecutor Jacob Harris presented photos of some of the damage, including a derogatory message directed at an Arizona judge who found him in contempt of court in an unrelated case. The message included the judge's name and a phone number with a 505 area code." That's the area code for the greater Albuquerque,NM area. |

SwiftFox: thought you were always supposed to be able to face your accusers. I've been practicing my girning for months for my trial on garrotry and barrotry on the High Seas You left off buggery. What the hell kind of pirate are you if you don't have buggery on your list of crimes? I want to be like Cpt Jack Sparrow and laugh as I remember crimes as they call them out. "Numerous and sinister crimes against the Crown, smuggling, forgery, sailing under false colours, buggery, looting, foricble buggery*snicker*,poaching, practicing buggery without a license*oh, heh, forgot about that one*,brigandage, depravity, buggering whilst on duty, vandalism, impersonating a Royal Navy and other British and Spanish officers and a Clergyman, buggery under the influence, arson, kidnapping, buggering a kidnapping victim*yep. Twice.*, piracy in the Caribbean Sea, perjury, theft, theft of buggery, and ransacking a rum shipment |
