This. Same thing happend to an old boss of mine he was a royal douche. Demoted good people (myself included) filled the positions with his buddies and expected the people he demoted to show the new people what to do. He terrorized our region for a little over 2 years but one night he got drunk at a corporate event and started texting and leaving voicemails on a hot account reps phone. he was gone in 2 days after that.
