Remember, robbing banks is punishable by death. Unless you run the banks, then you can take all the money you want and we'll just give you more. |

Mr. President, Please hold the bank-owntable accountable. Put them in prison. Send the message on something that cost millions trillions, and does everyday... Not okay, human. Reregulate. *) |

It is a message from God, children. |

It wasn't Fox, therefore the channel doesn't get mentioned and farkers don't get outraged. |

Where are all the members of FARK's whargarble moral brigade that were oh so very offended when FOX showed the last one? ohh that's right. They're bigots. It only is wrong when FOX, a white guy, or "republican" does it. |

skrame: It wasn't Fox, therefore the channel doesn't get mentioned and farkers don't get outraged. I saw it on replay on a local affiliate (CBS?). I just assumed that since it wasnt a suicide, it was considered a-ok for the public to watch the guy punch out. |

I like how the police have enough sense to Good shoot. |
||
| BronyMedic
Perhaps the only reason this man lived was to serve as a warning to everyone else. Remember, children. Shooting at the cops is not conducive to a state of good health. |

| ArmednHammered California voters weakened the 3 strikes law and the cops responded. Strike 1, you're out! |

signaljammer: Seemed like suicide-by-cop. Depending on the environment, walking down the street can constitute suicide-via-cop. |
||
| SirEattonHogg How is this news? This happens every other week somewhere in LA county.... including the televised shootout at the end. If you don't live in LA, just youtube it. Or watch Heat again. |

| Gyrfalcon AgentPothead: Remember, robbing banks is punishable by death. Unless you run the banks, then you can take all the money you want and we'll just give you more. But they don't run, you see. THAT'S the crime. |

Meh. It's a 0.5/10 (at best) on the Budd Dwyer scale |

When surrounded by people with lots of firepower, it's best to temporarily surrender and fight again another day. |

basemetal: Looks like he fired first. Last mistake of his life. The last mistake, but surprisingly not the biggest. You see the biggest came when he had a child because of what one might call a "One Night Stand." The biggest mistake he made was promising himself he'd pay full child support no matter what. Now, this man didn't make much money because he was an actor who didn't get much work. This inevitably led to his need to... You guessed it: Hire Frank Stallone as an acting coach. Well, as everyone knows, Frank Stallone might not be a method actor - hell he might not even be an actor, I don't know. Who's to say he can't coach someone anyway? Where was I? Oh, yeah. So Frank Stallone may not be a method actor, but he sure as hell teaches method acting. And his coaching was so good he helped the man land a role almost immediately in a much-hyped blockbuster sequel well past its due. That movie? Heat 2: It Just Got Hotter |
||
| Ed Grubermann AgentPothead: Remember, robbing banks is punishable by death. Unless you run the banks, then you can take all the money you want and we'll just give you more. I think the whole "shooting at cops" part was what got him killed. But don't let reality disrupt your narrative. |

Kevin72: Indubitably: Indubitably:. So now, what is your drug of choice? I'm baffled that everyone else seems to take that guy in stride. He has these little conversations with himself, sometimes responds to other people in completely incoherent ways, and I suspect English isn't his first language. Any attempt to directly address him has just been a brick damn wall. It makes my head swim.. |

Suspect fires a shot and the cops empty their mags at him? Must be a day ending in "y" here in LA. I never understand these guys. The cops keep behind cover real good, what do they expect to accomplish other than re-enacting the toll both scene from The Godfather? |

Tumbleweed Garden: I never understand these guys. The cops keep behind cover real good, what do they expect to accomplish other than re-enacting the toll both scene from The Godfather? I didn't see any "real good" cover. Just a couple car doors, and those are pretty shiatty cover despite what movies lead you to believe. Take shots at police, get farking ventilated. That's kinda how it goes. |
